Shipping
Q: Where do you ship from?

All parcels are shipped from our home studio in Tangerang, Indonesia.
Unless made-to-order items, orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Q: Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Enjoy free shipping within Jabodetabek, Java, Sumatra, and Bali.
For the rest of Indonesia, free shipping applies with a minimum order, otherwise discounted rates apply.
Q: Which countries do you ship to, and how much is international shipping?

We currently ship to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan (excl. Okinawa), Australia, Canada and United States.
Shipping rates (with tracking) are automatically calculated at checkout.

Please ensure that all shipping details, including your postal code and phone numbers, are entered correctly to ensure safe and timely delivery.

If your location is not listed above, feel free to email us and we’ll calculate the shipping cost and send you the invoice via PayPal.
Q: Will there be duties on international orders?

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their respective countries.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, QRIS, and Virtual Accounts (Indonesian banks) via DOKU Payment. Bank Deposit is also available for manual transfers to our BCA account.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping / Can I include a message?

Yes! We offer free gift wrapping for jewelry purchased as a gift.

Q: Can I request a different chain length?

We can adjust chain lengths to suit your preference, depending on the design. Not all pieces can be altered, so please contact us before ordering to see if your desired adjustment is possible.
Q: Bracelet sizing guide

Measuring for a stone bracelet can be tricky because we don’t measure from end to end as the stones themselves take up inner space. Instead, we base the fit on your wrist or hand size to ensure a comfortable fit.

How to measure:

1. Use a measuring tape or a piece of string/cord.
2. Wrap it around your wrist where you plan to wear the bracelet (typically 6-7 cm above your wrist).
3. Note the length where the tape meets the 0 mark, or measure the string against a ruler.
4. Select your size from the options.

Download and print this Ring Sizing Guide on A4 size paper at 100% (do not scale). Follow the instructions provided to find your perfect fit.
Q: How should I care for my jewelry?

Please keep your jewelry pieces in a sealed (air-tight), cool, dry place away from the sun and light, since the heat and light exposure can cause the colors to fade or the crystals to shatter. Stones sensitive to light include Quartz, Fluorite, Calcite, Aquamarine, Opal, Apatite, Unakite, etc.

Do not wear them to bed and bath (or swim). Keep away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, and lotions to keep your pieces beautiful for years.

If your metal or sterling silver shows signs of tarnishing, simply use this polishing cloth to remove it. Here is the link to purchase one

Q: Does Tree Craft Diary have a storefront?

At the moment, we do not have a physical storefront, but we hope to open one in the future, stay tuned!

Q: Where is Tree Craft Diary jewelry made?

Every piece of our jewelry is thoughtfully handcrafted by Cindy with attention to detail in our home studio in Tangerang, Indonesia.
Q: What materials do you use?

We use 925 sterling silver, 14K yellow gold-filled, stainless steel, natural gemstones and crystals. Visit our Metal Guide page for more details.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your refund policy?

We want you to have an excellent shopping experience with Tree Craft Diary.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We’re happy to offer returns or exchanges, provided the item is returned in its original condition. Please reach out to us before sending any item back.

Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All sale items and custom-made pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

As a small brand, we put a lot of care into representing our pieces accurately, but we understand that things don’t always work out. We’re real people, and we’re always happy to help in any way we can. :)
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives with damage, incorrect items, or something that doesn’t match the description, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. We’ll gladly offer a return or exchange, as long as the item is sent back in its original condition. Please contact us first before mailing anything back.
Q: Do you offer repairs? Will there be any charges?

Yes, we offer repairs for Tree Craft Diary jewelry.

Repair fees depend on the condition of the item. We only charge if replacement parts or materials are required. Please email us with photos of the damaged piece, and we will assess the repair and let you know the next steps.

Shipping fees for repaired items are the responsibility of the customer, but will be waived if shipped together with a new purchase.

Additional Information

Natural imperfections in gemstones are completely normal. In fact, it’s rare to find a perfectly flawless stone. These unique characteristics are shaped over time by nature itself through heat, pressure, mineral composition, volcanic activity, and more.

Because we use natural gemstones and every piece is handmade, most of our jewelry is either one-of-a-kind or produced in very limited quantities. This means the piece you receive is truly special and uniquely yours. 💛
